Message Types

Cat & Jacob Consultancy and Design sends two types of SMS messages:

• Direct messages — Manual, person-to-person conversations including responding to inquiries, scheduling, project discussions, and general business communication.
• Automated messages — System-generated messages including project notifications (work completed, deliverables ready for review, appointment confirmations), service demonstrations (delivery notifications, polling, verification codes, and AI responses), and other automated communications related to our consulting and implementation services.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from Cat & Jacob Consultancy and Design through verbal consent — by agreeing to receive direct messages or automated messages during a phone call or in-person conversation.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Direct messages are sent as needed during an active business relationship. Automated messages vary based on your engagement with our services.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further automated messages will be sent. STOP does not apply to direct messages in conversations you initiate.
